We've stayed here before, and the rooms are always clean and come with a nice balcony. the staff is really capable and gets things done efficiently. 👍.

Lovely hotel located in a posh area next to the most amazing beach, the park and pine trees. Units with bathroom. Excellent and brilliant meals. Great location, only a short distance to everywhere🙂👍

The rooms here are outstanding and perfect with a balcony, equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a safe, in a great and tranquil location with efficient staff.

At the end of September it was a lovely tranquil place to spend the weekend.

It was clean and comfortable, well signposted and therefore easy to find, and the location in the pine forest was lovely.

The service in the bar was very poor with the staff being more interested in the television than their clients, management needs to look at this issue because it might just stop me going again.

The hotel had spacious rooms with new and updated amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. the temperature and lighting in the room were perfect, and there was a comfortable bed. I also loved the complimentary water bottles and the availability of a water fountain to refill them. the spa facilities, including the jacuzzi, hammam, and artic shower, were fantastic.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Can't really think of any cons, but some might find the room a bit small for four people.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Vitalparc. The staff were excellent, always helpful and spoke English. The rooms were fantastic, with centrally controlled air conditioning and a coffee machine with pods. The spa facilities, including the pools, sauna, and ice room, were all in good working order and not busy. The hotel is located in a tranquil forest, perfect for a relaxing break. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with delicious meals and a lovely outdoor terrace. The hotel has been renovated and everything inside is new and clean. We loved the water fountain in the hallway where we could refill our bottles with cold, fresh water.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I especially enjoyed sitting on the furnished, shaded terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful pine forest. It was a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind during my stay.

I would have liked a better vacation experience if the children working there had been more attentive and helpful.
